Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, provided that:

- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom printed or embroidered apparel.

- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned without original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, we may require:
- Photos of the product.
- Photos of the packaging.
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
How To Request A Return
- Contact our customer support team.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Submit supporting photos if requested.
- Wait for return authorization.
- Ship the approved item back to the designated return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, CanCart will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Inspection & Approval

Custom apparel, decorated products, embroidered items, and bulk orders produced specifically for a customer are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
