We ship from our fulfillment centres in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver to provide fast and reliable delivery across Canada. Most orders placed before the daily warehouse cut-off time are delivered within 1 business day. 

Free Shipping: Orders of $499 or more qualify for Free shipping. 

Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $499 are charged a flat shipping rate based on the delivery province and the warehouse fulfilling your order:

Order Processing 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be placed before the warehouse cut-off time: 

Orders received after the applicable cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. 

Delivery 

Approximately 90% of orders are delivered on the next business day when placed before the applicable warehouse cut-off time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier operations. 

Shipping Partners 

We ship with trusted national carriers including Purolator and UPS. Tracking information is provided as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. 

Order Changes & Cancellations 

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed and a tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
